"My daughter reached out during a stressful time to get her policy moved as she is relocating out of state. She received an initial quote but has not received any further responses despite follow-ups. This lack of communication comes across as unprofessional. Even a simple response stating you are unable to assist would have been more appropriate than leaving her without any guidance."

"Called and got an amazing quote over the phone but they never emailed me the quote or followed up with me even after calling once a week for 3 weeks requesting this information. I was told the person I talked to was working on it and they would get back to me but they never did. I ultimately went with another state farm agent because I couldn't get the information I needed to start a policy to close on my condo. Also I couldn't get any other state farm agent to give me a similar quote so I wonder what information they put in to give me such a good quote, I guess ill never know. Seems like they didn't quote me with enough coverage to start with plus the inability to get ahold of them or get the information I needed was a warning sign of a bad agent. Wouldn't recommend."
